Full time Program Specialist - Speech - Language Pathologist & Occupational Therapist

Location

Shanghai

Responsibilities

Demonstrates sophisticated assessment skills; Creates meaningful IDP goals; Continuously provides effective consultations and training to Program staff
Builds and maintains partnerships with families; Designs highly targeted group and individual intervention consultations;
Efficiently manages time and plans effectively; Ensures each child receives a combination of formal and informal assessment; Ensures effective Intervention activities programming for each child; Ensures effective carryover of intervention activities into home life.

Qualifications & Experience

CCC -SLP required for U.S. candidates; equivalent experience or training required for other candidates. OR, Masters Degree in OT required for U.S. candidates; equivalent experience or training required for other candidates
Preferred experience includes supporting children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays and mild to moderate learning needs
Sensory Integration certification desirable; institutions a plus
Bilingual ( English & Chinese) is desirable
